Equipment Reservation Policy
A 20% deposit is required to hold any reservation. All cancellations made prior to two weeks before event date will result in a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made within that two week time frame will receive an in store credit that will be good for a year from the event date.
Equipment Rental Operation Policy
The Lessee shall be in charge of operating the unit (s) rented from GBAIX Moonwalks and is fully responsible for the operation of the unit (s) after receiving it from GBAIX Moonwalks, unless the rented item lists an attendant included. GBAIX Moonwalks has operators available for an additional fee that must be arranged with GBAIX Moonwalks at the time of making the reservation. Electricity is the responsibility of the lessee unless other arrangements have been made with GBAIX Moonwalks by also renting a generator.
Clean Equipment Return Policy
Absolutely no "Silly string" (will eat through inflatable unit), gum, candy, food or other sticky substances or water (other than rain) are allowed in or on the GBAIX Moonwalks Unit (s). A cleaning fee of $50.00 per unit or equipment will be added to the delivery fee if the unit requires any cleaning above what is reasonable. Absolutely no sharp objects are to be in or on units.
If unit is returned to GBAIX Moonwalks from Lessee with damage due to neglect, such as cuts and tears, Lessee is responsible for all costs of repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.(Replacement of most moonwalks can range from over $2,000.00 to $8,000.00)
Release of Liability Policy
GBAIX Moonwalks is NOT responsible for injury occurring to Lessee or to any persons using the leased property and the Lessee further agrees to hold GBAIX Moonwalks free and harmless against any injury claims or property damage. By accepting these terms you indicate agreement with all the provisions in this lease and acknowledge that you will read, review, and follow all of the General rules posted on the rented equipment
GBAIX Moonwalks and Party Rentals, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TREE, SHRUB OR GRASS DAMAGE CAUSES BY DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION.
GBAIX Moonwalks and Party Rentals, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, WATER, GAS, OR ELECTRICAL LINES.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITY LINES AND PIPES. THIS IS USUALLY FREE OF CHARGE FROM YOUR LOCAL UTILITY COMPANY
Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellation due to existing rain prior to GBAIX Moonwalks setting up rented equipment will result in a full in store credit of any deposit made. The credit may be used towards the rental of any product depending on availablity on a future date. GBAIX Moonwalks, at its discretion, may at anytime cancel the rental of equipment should weather conditions become unsafe for the equipment and/or its participants
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to two weeks before the event date will result in a full refund of the deposit upon the customer's request.
Loss or Damage Policy
Responsibility for moonwalks or equipment remains with the Lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure moonwalk or equipment is secure when not in use and protected from weather. You will be charged for damage, missing items, and breakage or burned linens
GBAIX Moonwalks and Party Rentals, LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
